Hotel Aline - Firenze

I don't know what someone is complaining about. The Place is great value 24€ during the week! You certainly can not complain about that. The rooms are basic but clean and the staff ( although randomly based across the road) were very lovely. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very basic, but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to San Lorenzo Market and the Duomo.

The hotel is very basic. Shared toilet in the hall, minimal decor, on the 4th floor. The locks were a little tricky to manage, but overall a good choice for the traveler who would rather spend on gelato and art than a place to stay.

we like the location. It is very good.

I do not like they took my money away from my credit card 3 days before I moved in and told me that they would pay it back 15 days later. Maybe only hotel in Italia will do things like this.

Good location , close to train station and Duomo (10 - 15 minutes by foot). Clean.

There was no heating so it was very cold at night. I arrived at 23h (the staff knew about it) and waited for 2 and a half hours at the door of hotel Liberty House (they cooperate or own hotel Aline). For any questions you have to go to hotel Liberty.

Large, clean bedroom with own shower in the room which was nice. The shared toilets were always clean. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Great central location with all the cities major attractions within walking distance.

The staff was so kind and so helpful; they gave us amazing recommendations for dinner and gave us a map with all of the monuments and things we should see while we were in Florence. The room was so cute and the balcony was great!

Cold Shower!

1.not very near to the metro. 2 cold at night. 3. only one light in the room and it was broken in the 2nd night. 4. the pump was blocked and water went out everywhere in the room.

The location, about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the cathedral! Also the Price was very good! The staff were very helpful, and gave us money off after all the problems we had, Would really only reccommend if you are on a budget!

The reception closed at 7pm and was located in a different building, which caused issues when the electrics blew in our room, we were moved into another room but had to do it in the dark! The sinks in the rooms had very bad drains, took a long time for the water to go through and debris was coming up - which made the sinks useless!

good location, likeable staff and free wifi (ask to reception)...

it's much more like a rooms rental, with the reception in the building in front of; the rooms are cold and humid and no so comfortable..(they've said that have just take the hotel and are going to start with reorganization ...let's hope!!)

No air conditioning system, No tv, Shared bathroom...Lift was not working...

The hotel staff was very friendly. It's about 10-15 min walk fr Florence SM Novella train station if you are with your luggage. Overall the location was perfect. No breakfast. But we can easily get cheap food & breakfast downstairs, those shops around. Best for budget traveller, anyway we just needed a room to sleep. I would stay here again.

We bookinf for 3+1 beds for 4person,and it just 1doubld bed and 2 extra small bed in the room,and it's so crowed,

1) check in area is another building, it is not clear instruction for English. 2) the key is not easy to open the door, it is share toilet with others 3) old design 4) old building

Big room with shower, balcony and great center view. in the balcony you can dry your stuff. there is cafe-restorant in the ground floor with breakfast and nice buffet for "apperetivo". 10-15 min to everywhere

the corridor noise ruins all pluses.
